These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QRPay. By accessing or using QRPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. About QRPay

QRPay is a New Zealand–based digital payments platform that enables merchants to accept payments via QR codes.

QRPay provides the technology platform only. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

To accept payments, merchants must create a QRPay account and complete onboarding with Stripe.
